The band concert and fireworks scheduled for tonight, Friday, July 8, at Hopewell Township’s Alliger Park on Route 546, next to the township municipal complex, has been postponed because of impending severe weather.
The Hopewell Valley Veterans Association, along with the Hopewell Township Recreation Department, will now present “A Night Under The Stars” on Sunday, July 10, beginning at 6 p.m. with a classic car show and followed by a fireworks extravaganza that will light up the sky at 9:15 p.m. The band will not play. Food will be available for purchase. Bring a lawn chair.¶
