All of the charges that were lodged against a Freehold Township resident in a 2015 indictment were dropped in Superior Court in May.
In January 2015, Christine Bradach was one of three people charged with conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, insurance fraud, workers compensation fraud and perjury in connection with a workman’s compensation case, according to a press release that was issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office at that time.
The case was moved from state Superior Court, Freehold, to state Superior Court, Toms River.
On May 13, Judge Wendel E. Daniels dropped the charges against Bradach, according to her attorney Theodore Sliwinski.
“I am amazed Christine was indicted. Her name was besmirched and she was dragged through the mud. She is a hard-working lady,” Sliwinski said.
According to a document from the court, the indictment against Bradach was dismissed.
