ASBURY PARK — Residents interested in a career in the culinary or pastry arts are invited to a free Open House at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 4 at the Culinary Education Center, 101 Drury Lane, Asbury Park.
Attendees will be able to meet with Culinary Education Center faculty and tour the center’s professional-grade facilities, which include state-of-the-art kitchens, a working bakery and a full-service dining room.
Representatives will be on hand to discuss the center’s various certificate and associate degree programs, available internship opportunities and careers in the culinary and pastry arts fields. Refreshments will be served.
“This is a great opportunity to learn more about the culinary field and the nationally accredited programs offered through the Culinary Education Center,” said Brookdale Community College culinary arts chair Michelle Zuppe. “Come see why our alumni are working in some of the region’s best restaurants and even making a name for themselves on national TV.”
To attend or learn more information, call Linda Morris at 732-224-2258 or email [email protected].
The Culinary Education Center is a collaboration between Brookdale Community College and the Monmouth County Vocational School District.
