According to the Democratic headquarters the Tea Party Republicans are bearing down on their plans to cut Social Security and privatize Medicare.
They plan to go against what our country promised the seniors. The money in the Social Security trust fund is for the seniors’ retirement and Medicare is for health insurance.
These monies were put there from anybody receiving a paycheck. Sometimes the Social Security is the only source of income for seniors. The Democrats hopefully will take a different view.
It pays to check with your state representative to get more on the subject.
