The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, July 27, 2016.
Angelina M. Sancilio, 28, of Perrineville, N.J., was charged with possession of drugs not prescribed, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, obstructing justice, DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving and parking in a fire lane after an incident at 1:41 a.m. July 21 at Town Center Plaza.
Officers located a vehicle parked in the fire lane at Town Center Plaza with the driver asleep behind the wheel. While speaking to the driver, the officer observed signs of impairment. Ms. Sancilio was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI, possession of drugs, hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia. She was later released pending court action.
Keith J. McGloun, 34, of Hamilton, N.J., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. failure to mount license plate, being a suspended driver and being an unlicensed driver after being stopped at 4:09 p.m. July 25 on Route 130.
An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 near Hickory Corner Road after observing vehicle without a license plate displayed on the front bumper. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. McGloun was arrested and later released pending court action.
