The Edison Chamber of Commerce is holding Arts on Amboy, an arts and crafts fair, on Sept. 10 at the Heritage on Amboy (Clara Barton) on Amboy Avenue in Edison. There will be dancers, musicians, artists and games for children.
Artists will be given a free lunch courtesy of The Heritage. Artists will be juried and prizes will be awarded.
Fine art, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry and photograph are welcome. All artwork must be good quality and for sale. Acceptance is at the discretion of the show committee and all decisions are final. Artists must submit two photographs representative of their work, and the application fee of $25 (student fee is $5 per student). Spaces are available in front of the various shops along Amboy Avenue. Spaces are preselected by the committee and assigned to each artisan and musician. Space is limited; register early.
In case of rain, the event is in The Heritage.
Artists must bring their own setups, such as umbrellas, tables and chairs, etc.
