Century 21 Mack Morris Iris Lurie, Marlboro, announces that Monmouth County Association of Realtors (MCAR) recently recognized Fran Krumholz-Bookman with its annual independent Realtor of the Year award, which recognizes outstanding commitment to professionalism and performance within the local real estate community. MCAR will present the award to Krumholz-Bookman during a special ceremony at Triple Play Convention in Atlantic City.

Krumholz-Bookman, GRI, CRS, CNE, SRES, ABR, has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 30 years and received her broker’s license in 1988. She has served on the MCAR Board of Directors for more than 10 years. She has been active within the association throughout her career as a member of the Circle of Excellence, MLS Grievance, Associates, ByLaws, Education, RPAC and Nomination Committees. She has served on the state level as a member of the Circle of Excellence and Professional Standards Committee of New Jersey Realtors.
