HIGHTSTOWN: WHAM plans Community Town Hall meeting Aug. 31

The Windsor Hightstown Area Ministerium (WHAM) is inviting all residents, mayors, elected officials, law enforcement and social justice groups from the WHAM membership area to participate in a Community Town Hall solely designed to strengthen our communities bond and discuss issues that have plagued our nation in recent weeks.
The town hall will take place 7 p.m. Aug. 31, at the Hightstown Fire House, 140 North Main St., Hightstown.
WHAM is committed to serving the community and its “I Stand With My Neighbor” gathering will promote neighbors getting to know one another. The group also recognizes that elected officials, law enforcement and uniformed emergency responders provide a critical service toward the wellbeing of all citizens.
WHAM is an interfaith ministerium comprised of pastors, rabbis, khateeb and priests from 30 area churches, synagogues, mosque, temples and parishes in the Cranbury/Hightstown/Plainsboro/East Windsor and West Windsor, New Jersey area. WHAM has served these communities for nearly 40 years.
