Beneficiaries of mini golf tournament announced

RED BANK — The Curchin Group LLC has announced that Mary’s Place by the Sea and the Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), two local nonprofit organizations, will receive all proceeds from the 11th annual Curchin Open, an annual indoor miniature golf tournament for charity slated from 4-7 p.m. Nov. 2 at the firm’s Red Bank office.

Located in Ocean Grove, Mary’s Place by the Sea is a respite home where women can rest during their cancer journey. Integrative services are provided that complement their medical treatment during overnight and day visits. Last year, with the support of almost 40 corporate and individual sponsors and dozens of participants, the 10th annual Curchin Open raised $16,500 for Lunch Break Inc. and Monmouth Day Care Center Inc., both of Red Bank.
