RED BANK — A federal grand jury on Aug. 25 indicted James Paroline, 27, of Red Bank, on one charge of receiving child pornography and one charge of possession of child pornography. According to Matthew Reilly, a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Paroline worked as an assistant at a nursery school and as a summer camp counselor at a separate private school, both located in Monmouth County.

Paroline was arrested in 2015 after law enforcement officials traced his IP address from a website dedicated to the distribution of child pornography. A subsequent search of his home revealed a number of sexually explicit images and videos of children on computer equipment he owned.
