A 29-year-old man who photographed a 14-year-old female student in one of the women’s bathrooms at The Hun School has been charged with invasion of privacy and other offenses, according to the Princeton Police Department.
Henry Torres-Lopez, 29, of Newark, who was a member of a cleaning crew hired to wash windows on The Hun School campus, has also been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and tampering with evidence in connection with the incident, which was reported at 3:38 p.m. Aug. 31, police said.
Police were initially called to investigate the report of an individual who entered one of the women’s bathrooms on campus and who took photographs of a 14-year-old female student, police said. The Hun School staff had already identified Mr. Torres-Lopez before police arrived.
Mr. Torres-Lopze was arrested by police and taken to police headquarters, where he was charged with the three offenses. He was released on summonses, pending a future court date.
