Princeton police are looking for a man who assaulted another man with a weapon, wounding him in the abdomen, on South Harrison Street shortly after 9 p.m. Sept. 8.
The victim, who refused medical attention, told police that the weapon used by his assailant was a flat, thin piece of metal with two finger holes, similar to a pair of scissors.
The perpetrator was described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed about 150 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and possibly dark blue jeans.
The incident, which was reported at 7:58 p.m. Sept. 9, has been turned over to the Princeton Police Department’s detective bureau for investigation.
