With numerous invaluable membership benefits and resources between them, the Middlesex County Association of Realtors (MCAR) and Middlesex County Multiple Listing System (MCMLS) are joining efforts to work toward common goals in the future.
Both organizations have a long-standing history within the Middlesex County real estate landscape. Individually they’ve offered members services that reach far beyond basic real estate needs. Since 1933, MCAR has provided valuable educational and networking opportunities throughout the year, and more recently information sharing of real estate trends through its social media networks.
“MCAR has been a companion of the MCMLS for many years and this venture will prove that both organizations have the best interest of the users of the MCMLS and the members of MCAR at the forefront in order to provide more benefits to them,” according to Nicole Banbor, executive officer of MCAR.
MCMLS benefits its community with not only access to the MLS, but also with the latest technology tools, such as InstaNet’s Transaction Desk that provides members an easily accessible document management tool allowing members to email documents to clients and obtain the client’s signature, as well as many other tools for brokers and agents to work with.
“The MCMLS is committed to provide participants the most advanced technologies and the most accurate data available now and in the future,” states Richard Steinberg, MCMLS’s executive director.
Although still independent organizations, the two groups are cognizant of the strength in working together toward the common goal of creating a cohesive real estate community within Middlesex County. Joining forces through marketing and collaborating on events such as Tech Fest 2016, taking place in Edison on Sept. 29, the combined efforts offer a wider breadth of benefits to members.
