The St. Bernadette’s Social Concerns Committee will sponsor its Fall Clothing Drive 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 15 in the church parking lot, 20 Villanova Road, Parlin section of Old Bridge.
Donations of clothing, small appliances, small household items, toys, small furniture, linens, blankets, curtains, handbags and shoes should be dropped off at the truck in the church parking lot. Large furniture will not be accepted. Clothing bins are located at the back of the parking lot for individuals who will not be able to drop off items at the prescribed time.
Receipts will be available for tax purposes. Students in need of community-service projects may volunteer for as much or as little time as they wish.
