A Freehold man and a Toms River woman have been indicted by a state Superior Court grand jury sitting in Freehold in connection with their alleged involvement in a string of burglaries in Monmouth County in the spring of 2015.
Isiah S. Casrell, 30, of Freehold, and Rachel N. Lovely, 34, of Toms River, were named in documents provided by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
The indictment contains the following allegations:
• On March 12, 2015 in Ocean Township, Casrell broke into El Salon and stole a cash register and/or change valued at $200 or more.
• On March 16, 2015 in Shrewsbury Township, Casrell broke into Mr. Goodlube and stole stole a cash register drawer valued in excess of $500.
• On March 16, 2015 in Shrewsbury Township, Casrell broke into Boston Market.
• On March 19, 2015 in Fair Haven, Casrell broke into Distinctive Toys and damaged a door, causing $580 worth of damage.
• On March 19, 2015 in Howell, Casrell and Lovely broke into Stakul’s Spirit Shop.
• On March 19, 2015 in Howell, Casrell and Lovely broke into Nicole’s Many Stylez Hair Salon.
• On March 19, 2015 in Howell, Casrell and Lovely broke into Lukoil and stole a cash register drawer and/or cash valued in excess of $500.
• On March 19, 2015 in Howell, Casrell and Lovely broke into Ice Cream On 9 and stole a cash register(s) valued in excess of $500.
• On March 20, 2015 in Manalapan, Casrell and Lovely broke into Bella Nails.
• On March 21, 2015 in Marlboro, Casrell broke into a Raceway gas station.
• On March 24, 2015 in Upper Freehold Township, Casrell broke into Cream Ridge Country Market and Liquors and stole a cash register drawer valued in excess of $500.
• On March 25, 2015 in Colts Neck, Casrell broke into Citgo and stole a cash register drawer and/or cash valued at $200 or more. Casrell is also accused of damaging a door and causing $800 worth of damage.
• On March 26, 2015 in Howell, Casrell and Lovely broke into Essence Nail and Spa and stole a cash register drawer and/or cash valued at $200 or more. Casrell and Lovely are also accused of breaking a door and causing $1,000 worth of damage.
• On March 30, 2015 in Holmdel, Casrell broke into Sunoco and stole a cash register drawer and/or cash valued in excess of $500. Casrell is also accused of breaking a door and causing $500 worth of damage.
• On March 30, 2015 in Colts Neck, Casrell broke into Colts Neck Pizza and damaged a door, causing damage in excess of $500.
• On March 30, 2015 in Marlboro, Casrell broke into Carluccio’s Italian Deli.
• On April 5, 2015 in Holmdel, Casrell and Lovely broke into Holmdel Village Pharmacy and stole a cash register drawer and/or cash valued at $200 or more. Casrell and Lovely are also accused of breaking a door and/or a cash register and causing $600 worth of damage.
According to information provided by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office on Oct. 5, Casrell remains held in the Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, on $265,000 bail and Lovely appears to have been released.
