The Middletown Township Public Library, 55 New Monmouth Rd., Middletown, announces the third annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre for teens and tweens, “An Assassin in Our Midst”, will take place at 7 p.m. on Oct. 26.
A special twist to this year’s mystery requires that one book must be read this month to get an invitation. All teens who participate in the reading program will receive an invitation to the murder mystery.
This year’s Teen Read Week theme is an international one, “Read for the Fun of It”, encouraging everyone to read. The mystery will reflect the theme, with a United Nations setting. Read one book in the month of October, and win prizes and an invitation to the upcoming Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre event, “An Assassin in Our Midst.” Pick up an invitation and prizes at the Children’s Desk.
