Woodwild Park Association’s annual meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 16 in the Activities Room (lower level) at the Metuchen Public Library on Middlesex Avenue/Route 27, Metuchen.
The action items at this meeting will include election of officers and trustees, as well as, a vote on the proposal for the restoration of the iconic fountain/horse trough located at Oak Avenue and Route 27/Middlesex Avenue, Metuchen. It was built in the early 1900’s and is in severe decline. It urgently needs repair or it may be lost forever. The horse trough has been the primary focus of the fundraising campaign.
