Eden Woolley House, 703 Deal Rd., Ocean, will hold the 32nd annual Holiday Weekend from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Dec. 3 and 4. Admission is free. Donations are always welcome.
For the past 31 years (25 in the Oakhurst Schoolhouse and more recently in the Eden Woolley House) the Ocean Township Historical Museum has rung in the holiday season in style. And, as is also the custom, the Holiday Weekend coincidences with the premiere of new mini exhibit—this year, “Remembering Ross Fenton Farm.”
The Township of Ocean Historical Museum, founded in 1984, is a member-supported, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Its headquarters, the Eden Woolley House, is one of the few 18th century structures still in existence in the Township and is open to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (1 p.m.-4 p.m.), Thursday Evenings (7 p.m.-9 p.m.) and the first and second Sundays of each month (1p.m.-4 p.m.).
