The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016.
Elmer L. Naulaguari, 26, of Hightstown, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, failure to report a crash and having hazardous tires after an incident at 8:35 a.m. Nov. 5 on Wyckoffs Mill Road.
An officer responded to Wyckoffs Mill Road for a vehicle that struck a utility pole. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Naulaguari was transported to the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for a laceration he sustained to his head as a result of the crash. He was arrested for DUI and later released pending court action.
Philip M. Roger, 30, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, DUI in a school zone, reckless driving, careless driving, leaving the scene of an MVA and failure to report and MVA after an incident at 8:45 p.m. Nov. 5 on Twin Rivers Drive North.
An officer responded to Twin Rivers Drive North for a vehicle that had struck a light pole. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Roger was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
Robert Rivera, 32, of Freehold, was charged with DUI, consumption of alcohol in a moving vehicle, having an open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle, reckless driving, careless driving, traveling the wrong way on a divided highway, improper use of high beams, having fictitious plates, having an uninsired vehicle and for being an unlicensed driver after being stopped at 3:34 a.m. Nov. 6 on Route 33.
An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 after observing a vehicle operating recklessly. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Rivera was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports Nov. 7 through Nov. 15, 2016.
Francis Kioko, 54, of Princeton, turned himself in Nov. 7 on an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Kioko was booked, processed, and released after posting bail.
Nicholas J. Mondelli, 38, of Bridgewater, was arrested by the New Jersey State Police for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Mondelli was released to the custody of the Hightstown Police Department by NJSP. Mr. Mondelli was subsequently transported, and committed to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
Louis R. Pizzolato, 20, of East Windsor, was arrested Nov. 8 for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and for evidence tampering, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street. Mr. Pizzolato was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date.
Barbara J. Powers-Crayne, 28, of Tuckerton, turned herself in Nov. 9 at the Hightstown Police Department for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Ms. Powers-Crayne was booked, processed, and later released after posting bail.
An officer observed a vehicle parked illegally in a fire lane Nov. 9 in front of Krauszer’s Food Store. The officer pulled in front of the vehicle and observed a male subject, later identified as Andrew W. Vivadelli, 39, of Hightstown, seated in the front passenger seat. A short time later, the officer made contact with the owner of the vehicle, later identified as Christopher P. Spare, 34, from Hamilton, at the entrance of Krauszer’s. Mr. Spare and Mr. Vivadelli subsequently both arrested for active warrants, and transported to headquarters for processing. Mr. Spare was later released on his own recognizance and provided with a pending court date from Mansfield Municipal Court. Mr. Vivadelli was transported to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
Jennifer Zelaya, 25, of East Windsor, was arrested Nov. 13 for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Street. Ms. Zelaya was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and later released on a summons complaint with a pending court date.
