The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016.
Jarred A. Jimenez, 28, of Monroe was charged with possession of prescription drugs without a valid prescription, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, failure to move over, driving while suspended and for being an unlicensed driver after being stopped at 12:59 a.m. Nov. 10 on Route 133.
An officer conducted a vehicle stop on Route 133 for a motor vehicle infraction. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of Xanax without a valid prescription. Mr. Jimenez was arrested and later released pending court action.
John P. Feldhaus Jr., 23, of Bordentown, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain land and for having a suspended registration after being stopped at 2:32 a.m. Nov. 11 on Route 130.
An officer conducted a vehicle stop on Route 130 for a motor vehicle infraction. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had an active arrest warrant from Stafford Township Municipal Court. Mr. Feldhaus was arrested and later released after posting $253 bail.
Kevin Marques, 24, of Long Branch, N.J., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and failure to signal lane change after being stopped at 1:03 a.m. Nov. 12 on Route 130.
An officer conducted a vehicle stop on Route 130 for a motor vehicle infraction. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Marques was arrested and later released pending court action.
Scott D. Adamson, 47, of Cranbury, was charged with DUI, DUI in a school zone, reckless driving, careless driving, having an obstructed view and having an unclear license plate after being stopped at 9:33 a.m. Nov. 12 on Route 130.
An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 after observing a vehicle operating recklessly. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Adamson was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
Franklin Panjon-Guallpa, 28, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, DUI in a school zone, reckless driving, careless driving, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, failure to report a motor vehicle accident and for being an unlicensed driver after an incident at 12:52 a.m. Nov. 14 on Twin Rivers Drive.
An officer responded to Twin Rivers Drive for a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Panjon-Guallpa was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports on Nov. 17 and Nov. 18, 2016.
Christian Bonilla, 20, of East Windsor, was arrested Nov. 17 for shoplifting, after patrol officers responded to a report of a theft from a business located on the 100 Block of Rogers Avenue. Mr. Bonilla was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date.
A resident from the 200 Block of Rogers Avenue reported that his mountain bike was stolen Nov. 17 from his driveway. The victim’s bicycle was described as a red in color, Schwinn Threshold. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Hightstown Police Department.
Juan Rivera, 34, of East Windsor, was arrested Nov. 18 on an active warrant out of Metuchen Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. Mr. River was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released after posting bail.
