The Islamic Society of Central Jersey (ISCJ) will hold an open discussion on “Civic Engagement … Empowering Minorities & Importance of Civic Engagement Within American Muslim Youth” from 5-6 p.m. on Dec. 10 at the ISCJ, 4145 Route 1 south at Promenade Boulevard, Monmouth Junction.
