VNA Health Group, the state’s largest nonprofit provider of home health, hospice and home-based primary care, has partnered with Vonage and will sublet space in the Vonage Technology Center of Excellence in Holmdel to house its headquarters and several other offices, according to a press release.
VNA Health Group will vacate its offices in Red Bank to make the move to Holmdel.
Vonage’s cloud technology and communications expertise will boost VNA Health Group’s Connected Health Institute, a nationally prominent digital health initiative that supports vulnerable elders and young families with telehealth and virtual visits, continuous wound monitoring, and access to digital health apps, according to the press release.
In addition, Vonage will participate in and lend its expertise to VNA Health Group’s Connected Health Institute Advisory Board. Vonage will benefit from VNA’s onsite health education programs for Vonage employees, including onsite vaccination clinics and health screenings. The collaboration will serve as an entrée to similar partnerships with other technology companies, according to the press release.
The aging infrastructures of VNA Health Group’s current offices are struggling to support the organization’s technology and growing workforce, according to the press release.
VNA Health Group will begin relocating its headquarters and other offices during the first quarter of 2017. The move will bring together nearly 200 VNA employees who are currently scattered across multiple New Jersey office locations. The clinical staff will continue to work in homes and communities around the state, according to the press release.
