Florence M. Paladini,  91, of Fort Washington, Pa., formerly of East Brunswick, N.J., passed away on Dec. 19, in the Abington Hospice at Warminster.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., in 1925, she was the daughter of the late Marco and Vincenza (nee Scandariato) Mancuso. She had four older sisters, Ann, Josephine, Jean and Susan, and one younger brother, Vincent (Tony) Mancuso.
Mrs. Paladini and her husband Peter S. Paladini were married in 1950 and remained a close and loving couple until he preceded her in death in 2003.
Mrs. Paladini was a dedicated parishioner and choir member at St. Bartholomew’s Church in East Brunswick.
While living in East Brunswick, she volunteered with the local crisis Hotline and, with her husband, Peter, worked at the local polls every Election Day.
She is the devoted mother of Rene P. Paladini and his wife, Judy, of Boyertown, Pa.; Maryann Paladini-Price and her husband, Bob, of Fort Washington, Pa.; Lorraine M. Viscovich and her husband, Bill ,of Mountain View, Calif.; and Vincent M. Paladini and his wife, Amy, of Great Falls, Va.
Florence has nine grandchildren, Kristen Paladini, Bryan Paladini, Matthew Price, Justin Price, Kyle Viscovich, Cory Viscovich, Peter G. Paladini, Vincent Max Paladini and Anna Paladini. She is survived by her sister, Susan Michnewich of Matawan.
Florence’s Funeral Mass was celebrated on Dec. 23, at Gate of Heaven Cemetery Chapel, followed by interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
Remembrances in Florence’s name to may be made to Abington Hospice at Warminster, 1200 Old York Rd., Abington, Pa. 19001, and would be appreciated by the family.
