The Cranbury Recreation Commission is sponsoring Tai Chi classes from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays through Jan. 10, 2017, at St. David’s Church on South Main Street. Tai Chi is an art that stresses slow breathing, balanced and relaxed postures and absolute calmness of mind. Ms. Counterman has been teaching Tai Chi for more than 20 years and has studied with several Chinese Grand Masters, including the head of the Yang family. Fees are $40 for seniors and $65 for non-seniors. Contact the Cranbury Recreation Commission at 609-395-0900, ext. 243 for more information.
