The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016.
Robert L. Dixon, 37, of Hamilton Township, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, divided highway violation, failure to exhibit documents and for having an unregistered vehicle after being stopped at 5:20 a.m. Dec. 17 on Route 130.
An officer observed a vehicle driving recklessly and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from within the vehicle. Mr. Dixon was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
Jadzere S. Mason, 22, of East Windsor, was charged with possession crack cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, being under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane after being stopped at 3:09 a.m. Dec. 18 on Route 133.
An officer observed a vehicle being operated recklessly on Route 133 and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking to the driver, the officer detected the odor of marijuana from within the vehicle. A further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was also given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. The driver was later released after bail was posted.
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Dec. 22 through Dec. 27, 2016
Athif M. Hussain, 25, of East Windsor, was arrested Dec. 22 for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possessing drug paraphernalia, during the course of a traffic stop on Broad Street. Mr. Hussain was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date.
Milton H. Landin, 35, of the 400 Block of Stockton Street, was arrested Dec. 26 for having an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street. Mr. Landin was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released after posting bail.
