The Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MCSPCA) is asking the community to come out and attend its annual Valentine’s Day Brunch at the Navesink Country Club in Middletown on Sunday, Feb. 12.

The brunch usually attracts more than 200 people, making it one of the MCSPCA’s biggest events.

Tickets are $85 per person, and all proceeds will go to the MCSPCA programs, which save thousands of abused and abandoned pets each year.

The brunch’s theme, “Eat, Drink and Be Mine,” celebrates the love and friendship of pets and owners and the bonds between friends, family and loved ones.

All attendees are welcome to donate items toward the silent auction in exchange for promotion at the event. It is requested that items have a minimum value of $25 so that great prizes can be put together.

MCSPCA Executive Director Ross Licitra loves the amount of enthusiasm for the event.

“MSCPA supporters look forward to our Valentine’s Day Brunch each year. It’s a relaxed afternoon with friends and a terrific way to find that perfect gift for your sweetheart.”
