POLICE BLOTTER for the week of 2/3/17

The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017., Demi J. Minnucci, 25, of Hightstown, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 2:58 a.m. Jan. 25 at Starplex Cinema in Town Center Plaza., While conducting a business check an officer observed an occupied vehicle parked in the lot to the rear of the closed Starplex Cinema in the Town Center Plaza Shopping Center. The subsequent investigation revealed the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and later released pending court action., Linda Mae Mayer, 71, of East Windsor, was charged with obstructing justice and eluding police after being stopped at 1:09 p.m. Jan. 23 at Etra Road and Ward Street., While the officer was attempting to conduct a motor vehicle stop for obstruction of the roadway, the driver of the vehicle pulled away and refused to stop at the direction of the officer. Ms. Mayer was later identified and charges were filed., The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Jan. 19 through Jan. 22, 2017., Michele R. Rosario, 42, of Hamilton, was arrested Jan. 19 for an active warrant out of Hamilton Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street. Ms. Rosario was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and later released on her own recognizance with a pending court date., Anthony M. Desmond, 23, of East Windsor, was arrested Jan. 20 for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Manlove Avenue. Mr. Desmond was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date., Tami L. Ates, 43, of Hightstown, was arrested Jan. 21 for an active warrant out of Robbinsville Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Street. Ms. Ates was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released after posting bail., Fernando E. Tiniganay-Tigre, 22, of the 300 block of Morrison Avenue, was arrested Jan. 22 by the Robbinsville Police Department for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop. Mr. Tiniganay-Tigre was released to the custody of the Hightstown Police Department and later committed the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
