Children were invited to learn professional cookie decorating as part of the “Booking the Cooks” series recently at the Cranbury Public Library. Participants practiced decorating Valentine’s Day cookies from professional cookie decorator and local resident, Leslie Marchio, of Four Peas and a Dog. Ms. Marchio has the full attention of the children as she demonstrates how to decorate the cookies.
