The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017., Jacquay T. Hodges, 19, of Trenton, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana in a school zone, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 11:17 p.m. Jan. 27 on Fairfield Road, Officer responded to a parking lot on Fairfield Road on a report of an occupied vehicle with possible controlled dangerous substance use. Upon arrival the officers made contact with the vehicle occupants and detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the interior of the vehicle. The subsequent investigation revealed that one of the passengers was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The passenger was arrested and later released pending court action., Konstantine Yablon, 25, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Lonnie Judge, 33, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 1:27 a.m. Jan. 27 in the Day Inn parking lot., While conducting a business check, an officer observed an occupied vehicle parked in the lot to the rear of the Days Inn on Route 33. The subsequent investigation revealed that both the driver and passenger were in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were arrested and later released pending court action., Daniel Sepe, 43, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, DUI in a school zone, reckless driving, careless driving, having unclear plates and failure to maintain lane after being stopped at 3:56 a.m. Jan. 28 on Route 33 at Twin Rivers Drive., An officer was on patrol on Route 33 and observed the vehicle being driven erratically and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from within the vehicle. Mr. Sepe was given field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action., Robert Christopher Vitale, 51, of Hightstown, was charged with obstructing justice, hindering apprehension and failure to wear a seatbelt; and Ann Florence Adams, 56, of Hightstown, was charged with maintenance of lamps and failure to wear seatbelt after being stopped at 6:33 a.m. Jan. 28 on Route 130 North., While on patrol on Route 130 North, an officer observed a vehicle being operated with a headlight not functioning. The vehicle was stopped and both the driver and passenger were observed not wearing their seatbelts. A subsequent investigation revealed that Mr. Vitale, the passenger, provided false information as to his identity to the officer and that both individuals had outstanding arrest warrants. Both parties were arrested and released pending court action., Issouf Fofana, 32, of Willingboro, N.J., was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintenance of lamps, failure to maintain land and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle after being stopped at 11:39 p.m. Jan. 29 on Route 130 South., While on patrol on Route 130 South, an officer observed a vehicle being operated with a headlight not functioning. The vehicle was stopped and while speaking with the driver, the odor of marijuana was detected by the officer coming from within the vehicle. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and released pending court action., Jordan Stewart Munoz, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, having an unclear license plate, maintenance of lamps and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle after being stopped at 11:55 p.m. Jan. 30 on Hickory Corner Road., While on patrol on Hickory Corner Road, the officer observed a vehicle being operated with an unclear rear license plate and the license plate lights were inoperable. The vehicle was stopped and while speaking with the driver, the odor of raw marijuana was detected by the officer coming from within the vehicle. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and released pending court action., Francisco Javier Ramirez, 31, of Forked Rover, N.J., was charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, having an obstructed license plate, failure to maintain lane and obstructing traffic; and Brandon Thomas Weaver, 25, of Lanoka Harbor, N.J., was charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a hypodermic syringe after being stopped at 5:50 p.m. Jan. 31 on Route 33 (Mercer Street)., Officers were dispatched to a report of a possible intoxicated driver on Route 33 (Mercer Street). The vehicle was located and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. The subsequent investigation included the conducting of field sobriety tests, which resulted in the arrest of the driver, Mr. Ramirez, for DUI. During the investigation, it was also discovered that the passenger, Mr. Weaver, was in possession of heroin, cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Both were later released pending court action., Ahmid Hakim Fisher, 25, of Toms River, N.J., was charged with obstructing justice, hindering apprehension and disorderly conduct after being stopped at 10:49 a.m. Feb. 1 at the Town House Motel on Route 33., An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on the defendant who had confirmed outstanding arrest warrants. The defendant subsequently attempted to avoid apprehension by fleeing on foot. He was arrested and turned over to the responsible outside agency pending court action., The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Jan. 25 through Feb. 2, 2017., Robin A. Cittone, 60, of Clarksburg, turned himself Jan. 25 in at police headquarters for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Ms. Citton was booked, processed, and released after posting bail., Ethan T. Melazzo, 25, of New Egypt, was arrested Jan. 25 for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possessing drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street. Mr. Melazzo was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date., Miguel C. Loja, 22, of Princeton Junction, was in the custody of the Raritan Township Police Department Jan. 26 on an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Loja was released to the custody of the Hightstown Police Department and later transported to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail., Derrick S. Jackson, Jr., 23, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested Jan. 30 on an active warrant out of Palmyra Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Dutch Neck Road. Mr. Jackson was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and later released on his own recognizance., Crystal L. Chandler, 29, of Trenton, was arrested Jan. 30 for an active warrant out of Bordentown Township Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Town Center Road. Ms. Chandler was transported to police headquarters, book, processed, and released after posting bail., Jesus Martinez-Martinez, 39, of East Windsor, was arrested Feb. 1 for an active warrant out of East Windsor Municipal Court and out of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department, during the course of a field investigation on Franklin Street. Mr. Martinez was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released to the custody of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department, in lieu of bail., Charles J. Rizzo, 24, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested Feb. 2 for DWI, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Street. Mr. Rizzo was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and later released to a friend., Owen W. Alustiza, 22, of the 200 Block of Stockton Street, was arrested Feb. 2 by the Seaside Heights Police Department for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Alustiza was released to the custody of the Hightstown Police Department and later committed to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
