The Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County, 1775 Oak Tree Rd., Edison, will offer Live Well @ The JCC – Zumba Gold with Instructor Peggy Potter from 9-10 a.m. on March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4 and 25.
Zumba Gold is geared towards the active older adult and the deconditioned exerciser. It is less intensive and moves at a slower pace. This aerobic program is inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed to all types of music. Peggy Potter is a fitness instructor certified with the YMCA to be a group exercise instructor in the areas of cycling, cardio and step, strength and conditioning and Pilates. Come to workout, have fun, make friends and get fit.
The cost is free for Community Campus Members; $36 Live Well @ the JCC Membership for nonmembers includes participation in all Live Well @ the JCC Wellness Classes scheduled through June 18, 2017. Attendees must register for these classes.
