Guerra earned additional honors for his impressive sales year in 2016. He attained the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award, placing him among the top 11 percent of approximately 88,000 affiliated Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Every year from 2006-2016, Guerra has earned the NJ REALTORS Circle of Excellence Sales Award. On 13 separate occasions between 2006-2016, Guerra ranked as the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agent of the month for sales volume in Middlesex County.
