Project Write Now, 25 Bridge Ave., Suite 130, Red Bank, presents writing on the river, which is a retreat for teachers.
The retreat will be from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on April 2 at the Oyster Point Hotel, 146 Bodman Place in Red Bank.
Participants will learn and engage in a conversation about the teaching of writing. Participants will build camaraderie with fellow teachers. Individuals will share stories from their own lives through writing.
All participants will receive a tote bag, a book on writing donated by River Road Books of Fair Haven and other gifts.
The retreat is open to teachers of all grades. The retreat will cost $25 per person and includes a luncheon. Register online at www.projectwritenow.org.
