Richard Cousin, 52, of Townsend, formerly of Hightstown NJ, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2017. Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, April 12th at 12 Noon at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, DE.
