The Sgt. John Basilone Italian-American Club now has its own chef who will host dinners at 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday at the club, 48 Appleby Ave., South River.
The menu changes each week.
On May 16, the menu will include salad; escarole and bean soup; sausage, peppers, onions and potatoes with ziti in tomato sauce; dessert; coffee and tea.
On May 23, the menu will include mixed antipasto salad, navy bean soup, lasagna, dessert, coffee and tea.
The cost is $12 per meal.
