Season eight of the hit cooking competition series Masterchef premieres Wednesday, May 31, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX. This season, award-winning chef Gordon Ramsay and renowned pastry chef Christina Tosi will be joined by celebrated chef and restaurateur Aarón Sánchez on the judges’ panel, as they put the Top 40 contestants through a series of challenges and elimination rounds, in order to turn one home cook into a culinary master. The home cooks will learn how to prepare live crawfish, cook for and serve 50 VIP guests to celebrate Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel and Casino’s 50th anniversary and create a Nutella dish inspired by their childhood, as well as take on the infamous Masterchef tag team and restaurant takeover challenges. The winner will claim the title of Masterchef, a cookbook deal and the $250,000 grand prize.

The fifth season of the critically acclaimed Emmy® nominated drama House of Cards premieres Tuesday, May 30, on Netflix. The series’ Golden Globe® winning stars Kevin Spacey (as Francis Underwood) and Robin Wright (as Claire Underwood), whose characters have always been each other’s strongest allies, show cracks in their relationship. House of Cards also stars Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Neve Campbell, Derek Cecil, Paul Sparks and Joel Kinnaman.

Emmy® Award winner Tyra Banks has joined NBC’s hit series, America’s Got Talent, as host for the 12th season, premiering Tuesday, May 30, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Returning are creator and judge Simon Cowell, Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel. The series returns to Los Angeles this summer with live shows from the famed Dolby Theatre. With the search open to acts of all ages and talents, this series has brought the variety format back to the forefront of American culture by showcasing unique performers from across the country. It features an array of singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists, jugglers, magicians, ventriloquists and hopeful stars, all vying to win America’s hearts and the $1 million prize.

ABC will premiere its new period drama Still Star-Crossed, on Monday, May 29, at 10 p.m. ET/PT. The series picks up where the famous story of Romeo and Juliet ends, charting the treachery, palace intrigue and ill-fated romances of the Montagues and Capulets in the wake of the young lovers’ tragic fate. The series is based on the book by Melinda Taub and stars Wade Briggs, Anthony Head, and Zuleikha Robinson.
