The Township of East Brunswick will hold a July 4th celebration and fireworks at the Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road, on July 4.
Festivities begin at 4 p.m. with free admission, parking, giveaways, bounce rides, face
painting and balloon twisting. There will be a watermelon eating contest sponsored by East
Brunswick Stop & Shop, a wing eating contest sponsored by Hooters of East Brunswick and a cupcake eating contest sponsored by House of Cupcakes. Also on hand will be a variety
of food vendors.
The entertainment kicks off at 5 p.m. with DJ Wacky Wayne.
Then at 7:30 p.m., The B Street Band with a tribute to Bruce Springsteen will take the stage.
At approximately 9:30 p.m., the fireworks spectacular will begin.
Bring chairs or blankets.
The event is sponsored by the Township of East Brunswick and Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
Parking will be available at the Community Arts Center and at Heavenly Farms.
No pets, alcohol or personal fireworks are permitted.
