The South Brunswick Republican Organization will hold a Charity Awareness Open House and Collection Drive from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 22 in the library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.
There will be speakers both talking about their mission and collecting items:
- The South Brunswick Food Pantry (canned goods and unopened, not expired non-perishable food)
- Jersey Cares (new backpacks and school supplies for children)
- Franklin Township Animal Shelter (pet food and supplies)
- Operation Jersey Cares (care packages for soldiers)
- Operation Gratitude (care packages for veterans in need)
- Jewish Family Services (new, unwrapped books and toys for children)
- Let’s Play it Forward (new or gently used sporting goods and equipment)
- United Way (new, unwrapped supplies for babies or children)
- Purses Full of Hope (New or gently used purses with an accessory item and a note of encouragement to a woman recovering from abuse)
