The South Brunswick Municipal Alliance, Every Parent Influences Children (EPIC) and the South Brunswick School District are partnering once again to offer a series of workshops under the umbrella of the South Brunswick Parent Academy (SBPA).
The academy is founded on the concept of “Solving the Puzzle of Parenting … One Piece at a Time.” In its 12th year, SBPA continues to offer parenting workshops, as well as district workshops on curriculum, instruction and safe and caring schools.
The 2017-18 SBPA series kicks off from 7-8:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 at Crossroads North Middle School, 635 Georges Road, with “Welcome to the Neighborhood! Navigating the South Brunswick School District.”
Designed with both parents new to the district and those needing a refresher on policies and procedures, district teachers and administrators across all grade levels will provide parents with information on the who, what, where and when of South Brunswick schools.
Childcare will be provided for children age 3 and above.
