John H. Burke, broker/owner of Century 21 Burke Realty, has announced the recent hirings of four dedicated sales associates as the North Brunswick-based firm continues to be the fastest growing new real estate office in Middlesex County, achieving record sales and listings during 2016.
“We are extremely proud to welcome Brian Baldini, Jon Gallo, David Jaffe and Brandon Shermer to our growing staff,” Burke said. “We anticipate their efforts will greatly add to the success we experienced with residential and commercial properties.”
Brian Baldini is a lifelong resident of Middlesex County, having been raised and educated in New Brunswick and resided in Milltown for the past 28 years. After attending Rutgers University, he has had a successful career with the Dupont company, beginning in graphic arts film and printing plates through research development of new products, providing him with many skills to utilize in marketing real estate. Dedicated to helping others, Brian was the mentor for four years to the First Robotics team for youngsters with special needs. While at Dupont, Brian also trained in Homeland Security and served as a Hazmat technician and First Responder.
Jon Gallo brings 20 years of customer service experience to Century 21 Burke Realty. His construction and sales skills as a business owner and entrepreneur give Jon special tools “to improve, maintain and increase the quality of lifestyle in the local community.” A North Brunswick resident, Jon is a member of the Community Emergency Respoinse Team (CERT) and has attended the Civilian Police Academy.
David Jaffe was born and raised in North Brunswick, graduating from North Brunswick Township High School in 2006. He served in the U.S. Navy from 2007 to 2012 as an operations specialist aboard the USS Mount Whitney, winning the Blue Jacket of the Sixth Fleet award. Returning home, David had a strong desire to serve his customers “to locate the house of their dreams.” He then earned his real estate license and joined Century 21 Burke Realty “making his own career dream come true”.
Brandon Shermer has been a Central Jersey resident for the past eight years, currently living in New Brunswick. He also is a U.S. Navy veteran and previously worked for the elite vehicle manufacturer Ferrari. Brandon has a passion for real estate and is currently building his portfolio while pursuing a degree in business administration.
John Burke also commented on the value of two other recently hired associates, Virginia Soledad Caamano and Ileana Perez, who are fluent in Spanish as well as English and are extremely helpful to customers and clients.
Originally from North Jersey, Virgina resides in Monroe Township and is an elementary school teacher in East Windsor. Her bachelor’s degree is in Spanish Literature and her two master’s degrees are in Elementary Education and Special Education. A mother of two middle school chilren, she has the knowledge of the area and school systems to aid in buyers’ decisions.
Ileana has been a resident of North Brunswick for more than 12 years and worked in ocean export shipping prior to joining C21 Burke Realty.
Century 21 Burke Realty staff members again will be participating in North Brunswick’s Heritage Day on Saturday, Oct. 7, at North Brunswick Community Park on Route 130 S.
Burke proudly cited the 2016 J.D. Power Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study resulting in Century 21, for the third consecutive year, being ranked highest among national real estate companies for First-Time Home Buyers, Repeat Home Buyers, First Time Home Sellers and Repeat Home Sellers.
“Century 21 swept the honors in all four categories because both sellers and buyers believe in the good work we do for them,” he said.
The firm’s location on Route 1 in North Brunswick positions it ideally to serve all areas, Burke added.
Broker Associate Kathleen Morin, Manager of the Century 21 Burke Realty office, announced the office is continuing to interview for new associates and pointed to the outstanding training programs offered by Century 21.
“Our diverse office offers special one-on-one service with sales associates who speak the following languages: Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), English, Persian, Hindi, Italian, Punjabi (Eastern), Spanish and Urdu,” Morin said.
The staff has more than doubled and made rapid strides since opening its doors on May 15, 2014, she added.
