Evening Community Education classes will be held through Nov. 30 in Monroe.
Aside from traditional eight- and 10-week courses, registration will be ongoing for several opportunities to join one- to three-week courses that have been designed to enrich lives both professionally and personally.
There are more than 30 course offerings, including Picture Perfect Photography; In the Footsteps of Sherlock Holmes; culinary courses such as Fast and Easy Sugar Free Desserts, Halloween Candy, Holiday Cookie Party, Holiday Pie Primer, Let’s Make Dumplings!, Make Your Own Hot Sauce, Pizza from Scratch at Home, Real Philadelphia Style Pretzels at Home, Sugar Free Cookie Baking, Two for Sushi, You Are The Empanada Guy! and Home Brewing 101; children’s yoga, Hallowed Ground – Putting the Civil War Dead to Rest: Signing Time – Hearts, Hands, Voices; excursions to The Barnes Foundation and The New York Botanical Gardens; and several courses under the Dollars & Sense heading.
