The contested races for Township Committee and school board are among the contests that Cranbury voters will decide Nov.7.
Democrat Matthew Scott is running against Republican Nancy Witt for a three-year seat on the Township Committee.
Amy Dixon, Evelyn Spann, Francis McGovern and Lisa Rue are running for three, three-year-seats on the school board, while Peter Katz is running to fill a one-year-unexpired term.
At the top of the ballot is the governor’s race between Republican Kim Guadagno and Democrat Phil Murphy.
In the 15th legislative District, state Sen. Linda Greenstein, a Democrat, is running for re-election against Ileana Schirmer, a Republican. Assembly Democrats Wayne DeAngelo and Daniel Benson are running against Republicans Kristian Stout and Steven Uccio.
For county freeholder, Democrats Charles Tomaro, Leslie Koppel and Shanti Narra are running against Republicans Mina Kolta, Priti Pandya-Patel and Roger Daley.
County Surrogate Kevin J. Hoagland, a Democrat, is running against Republican Karim L. Nicola.
Voters also will decide two ballot questions. The first seeks approval for the state to float $125 million in bonds to support library construction projects.
The other question would amend the state constitution to set aside money the state wins in environmental contamination cases. The money could be used only to “repair, restore, replace or preserve the state’s natural resources” or pay off “legal or other costs” the state has in bringing the cases, the question reads.
