Mater Dei and Saint Joseph will square off in this year’s edition of the Non-Public, Group 2 championship game at Rowan University in Glassboro. The game will kick off at 2:30 p.m.
They squared off in the semifinals of last year’s Non-Public, Group 2 playoffs, with Mater Dei shutting out Saint Joseph, 26-0.
Mater Dei advanced to this year’s title game when it defeated Holy Spirit High School for the second straight season. The Seraphs edged Holy Spirit, 35-34, in the semifinals one season after Mater Dei defeated the Absecon school in the Non-Public, Group 2 finals, 26-20.
