WOODBRIDGE — Police have charged a 29-year-old Port Reading man for numerous burglary and thefts to motor vehicles in the Woodbridge proper area.
At 3:44 a.m. on Sept. 21, police were dispatched to a suspicious circumstance call on Bamford Avenue, according to Police Capt. Roy Hoppock.
After further investigation, police arrested the suspect and charged him with four counts of burglary, three counts of receiving stolen property, and three counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
The investigation revealed that the suspect was responsible for numerous burglary and thefts to unlocked motor vehicles in the area of Bamford, Garden and Claire avenues in the Woodbridge proper section of the township.
The suspect was processed and released on his own recognizance.
