Volunteers are urged to participate in Clean Ocean Action’s (COA) Annual Spring Beach Sweep, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on April 21, Cliffwood Beach Fisherman’s Parking lot, Ocean Boulevard.
Participants for the Cliffwood Beach event will meet at the Fisherman’s Parking Lot to sign in. The lot is located just off the last right-hand turn on Lakeshore Drive.
The cleanup will take place rain or shine.
Volunteers should dress for the weather, bring gloves and wear closed-toed, hard-soled shoes. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
