Weather NJ founder to discuss New Jersey storms during visit to East Brunswick Library

The Friends of the East Brunswick Library will hold “Meteorology & Historical New Jersey Storms” with Weather NJ founder Jonathan Carr at 7:30 p.m. on May 17 at the library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center.

The program explains the basics of meteorology, climatology, and a variety of weather phenomenoms ranging from anticyclones to nor’easters and everything in between. Carr will also explain historical weather events that have impacted New Jersey.

The program is free and open to the public. It will be presented as part of the Friends of the Library’s spring meeting.
