Zimmel Associates, the Edison-based corporate real estate services firm, announced new leases and long-term lease renewals for five East Brunswick companies, totaling 78,000 square feet.
Comnet Telecom Supply, a telecommunications and data products company, signed a five-year lease renewal for 15,000 square feet at 1 Kimberly Rd., a 40,000-square-foot flex building. The location is home to Comnet’s corporate office, manufacturing facility and warehouse.
Water Tech, a leading pool and spa cleaning equipment company, renewed a lease for 23,000 square feet at 10 Alvin Ct., a 67,000-square-foot building.
Both buildings are located in Highview Industrial & Research Park and are now owned by Greek Development of East Brunswick. David Zimmel handled the sale of both buildings to Greek in 2017.
Three tenants have recently signed at 12-16 Edgeboro Road, an 84,000-square-foot two-building flex development exclusively handled by Zimmel Associates for the owner, Denholtz Associates.
Century Packaging, manufacturers of custom folding cartons, has renewed a lease for 25,000 square feet on a long-term basis.
BECCO, an electronics distributor, leased 10,000 square feet.
Girl Co., a, distributor of health and beauty aides, leased 5,000 square feet.
