The Old Bridge Library will offer valuable health and wellness-related programs in June at the library, 1 Old Bridge Plaza at the corner of Route 516 and Cottrell Road in the Municipal Center. All are free and open to the public and registration is not required, except as noted.
Chiropractor Petrusia Kotlar, a proponent of holistic wellness, will present a program on nutritional trends, ethno-nutrition, seasonal eating and alternatives to chemical medicine at 2 p.m. on June 8.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness will present “In Our Own Voice” at 2 p.m. on June 10.

JAG Physical Therapy will present a workshop on the correct ways to move during exercise, thereby minimizing or eliminating any possibility of injury, at 7 p.m. on June 12. Licensed physical therapist Renata Tagenhorst will lead the session.
Dr. Claudia Huegel and Dr. Carol Penn of Medimorphosis in Shrewsbury will speak about cognitive behavioral techniques which can contribute to weight loss success at 7 p.m. on June 19.
