TINTON FALLS – The Borough Council has authorized the renewal of liquor licenses for restaurants and businesses in Tinton Falls.
At its June 12 meeting, the governing body of Tinton Falls renewed the liquor licenses for 11 restaurants and three retail locations. The renewal of a liquor license cost each license holder $2,500, according to the resolution passed by the council.
On a roll call, council President Gary Baldwin, Councilman John Manginelli, Councilman Christopher Pak, Councilman Brock Siebert and Councilwoman Nancyanne Fama voted to approve the resolution that would renew the liquor licenses for restaurants and businesses in the 15-square-mile community.
The license holders for the restaurants that had their liquor license renewed for another year were: Twin Brook at Tinton Falls Inc. (Twin Brook at Tinton Falls); McLoone’s Tinton Falls, LLC (CJ McLoone’s); Woody’s TF Grille, LLC (Woody’s Ocean Grille); Tinton Falls Lodging Realty, LLC (Double Tree Hotel Tinton Falls).
Also, Mimoza, LLC (Tally Ho Inn); Menditto Inc. (Luigi’s Taven & Restaurant); Tinton Falls Restaurant Inc. (Palumbo’s Ristorante); GSPH Restaurants (The Pour House); Apple Food Service of Tinton Falls Inc., (Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar); Village Falls, LLC (MJ’s), and Courtyard Management Corporation (Courtyard by Marriott).
The license holders for the retail locations that had their liquor license renewed for another year were: F&T Spirits Interprises Inc. (Spirits Unlimited); 3wQueens Inc. (Tinton Falls Buy Rite); and Reva Enterprises, LLC (Pine Brook Liquor & Deli).
A club liquor license was renewed for the Seabrook Village Resident’s Association (Seabrook Village). The license renewal cost the association $180.
