Woodbridge Township will once again serve as the host to the 2018 New Jersey Senior Olympics that will be held from Sept. 7-9.
The Senior Olympics feature 21 sporting events where athletes age 50 and older compete for gold, silver and bronze medals. The games and competition will take place at sporting venues throughout Woodbridge, such as the Woodbridge Community Center, Skyline Mini Golf Course, The Club at Woodbridge, the Woodbridge Bowling Center, Woodbridge High School athletic fields, Warren Park, Avenel Middle School and Kennedy Park cricket fields, Woodbridge Center Mall and the Colonia Country Club.
The New Jersey Senior Olympics is part of the National Senior Games Association and is supported by the New Jersey League of Municipalities and the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign.
