Inc. magazine has revealed that ERA Central Realty Group is No. 3,574 on its 37th annual Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment — its independent small businesses. “Being recognized by Inc. magazine is quite an achievement. The real estate agents of our six branch offices in central New Jersey put all their effort into being knowledgeable, trusted advisers while staying on the cutting edge of a very competitive industry, while the managers and staff provide unparalleled support to the agents and to the company as a whole. I am so proud of our team,” said Stephanie Bellanova, managing partner.
Reina Renovations of Millstone Township is celebrating its fifth CertainTeed Award of Excellence, this time for the exterior remodel of a Marlboro home using CertainTeed Cedar Impressions polymer shingles, Monogram vinyl siding and InvisiVent soffit. The Award of Excellence acknowledges building professionals such as Reina Renovations, a CertainTeed 5-Star Siding Contractor, for their high level of craftsmanship, creativity and professionalism when working with homeowners. For the 35-year-old home makeover, a weathered 4-inch vinyl clapboard was replaced with Cedar Impressions Double 7-inch Straight Edge Perfection Shingles in light maple, and accented with Monogram Double 4-inch Clapboard in the same shade. “I always welcome any opportunity to work with CertainTeed products, so to be recognized again this year by the company for the dramatic results we have achieved is a real honor,” said Chuck Reina, founder of Reina Renovations. “The family was particularly impressed with the siding selection and how the different colors and profiles perfectly matched and complemented each other for that extra wow factor.” To learn more about Reina Renovations, call 732-207-5778.
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is the nation’s largest free, volunteer-run tax assistance program. In tax year 2017 the Monmouth district provided tax preparation services at 11 sites and prepared more than 4,000 federal tax returns, essentially all of which also included a New Jersey return. Volunteers are needed for the following roles: counselors work directly with taxpayers to prepare tax returns using on-line software; client facilitators welcome taxpayers, help organize their paperwork and manage the overall flow of service; technology coordinators manage computer equipment, ensure taxpayer data is secure and provide technical assistance to volunteers. AARP membership is not required of volunteers or clients. Tax training starts in November. Prospective volunteers may email [email protected] for additional information.
